Our client asked for a change from a sit down dinner. We served more than ample canapés and numerous ‘bowl foods’ from glowing perspex trays. Allowing guest to sit or stand where they pleased but also knowing they would have plenty to eat as the evening rolled on into the early hours. Pots of Thai Style Marinated Lamb with Crunchy Peanuts were served alongside Prawns in Kataifi Pastry.
