As Davina Longsdon Foods specialises in canapés we are often asked to do the catering for the wedding reception turning many of our creations into bowl food. Our canapés are served in beautiful flower filled Perspex boxes lit up with tiny lanterns. Our flowers match with the colours the bride and groom have chosen for their wedding. Amongst others canapés Marinated Beef Fillet with Basil Pesto, Beetroot Crisps and Micro Herbs and Duck Confit Lollipops are served to guests followed by Mini Pavolavas with Crème Fraiche and Berries. We have also been asked to cater for a number of Christenings where menus are created, christening cakes assembled all with the clients ideas and vision in mind.
